This platform has been around for year, so it has been used by nearly every broker using their data, yes I say their data, if you are or have been trading with CFD's.

The platform is mainly use for trading Forex, along with analyzing financial markets, but it is showing it age but still has a large portion of the trading market.

FXCM Tradestation

The new Trading Station Web 2.0 platform is built in Mac Friendly HTML5. It has a fresh modern look and a cleaner, more intuitive user interface, along with exciting features still makes this an old favourate with some traders, FXCM use thei Platform for their Spreaad Betting Clients and their CFD clients, but platform has seen brighter days, can only be used with FXCM Brokers feeds, so yes you locked in the their prices.

Not a bad company but since the Swiss broke the Spreadbetting and CFD market, management has changed but little progress has been given to the platform rather than FXCM bottom line.

There is also the Desktop and mobile version to go with this.

 

CTRADER

Spotware Systems Ltd,  has years of experience across the Spread Betting and CFD industry and are dedicated to creating a platform that provides a beginner with a good trading experience.

Price. It is free at entry point, so there are no upfront fees, you can download it direct from their site and choose which broker you wis to use, should you wish you can also change the broker feed.

Platform Technology. they've removed unwanted trading tools to clutter your trading space with us. They pride theirselves on simple platform technology coupled with razor-sharp execution.

 

TD Ameritrade

A platform widly used in the United States and around the globe,  TD Ameritade has just been aquired by Charles Schwab so these tools and products will become available to a wider range of trader and/or investor as the right tools can help you become a more confident trader and/or investor. 

It might be said to be one of the retail professional traders favourites, even, proir to Charles Schwab aquiring TD Ameritade

The Trading platforms are easily configured and offer a  professional-level trading platform for serious traders looking for trade generation ideas with market scans and ability to monitor potential risk/reward.

Onboarding tools like thinkManual and platform tutorials to get started quick, with Elite level tools to perform analyses and test strategies
